Our first and last love is self-love. In a World that encourages us to live for others, it's important to take time to reflect on ourselves. What do I need? What makes me feel loved? How can I grow for the better?
We asked our models to reflect on this topic and the results were beautiful.

Marianne
How would you define “confidence” in yourself as a woman?
“For me, what's given me confidence all my life is daring to leave my confort zone and speaking up myself. I think that's the key, because when you dare to step into the unknown, good or bad, it is a test to yourself of how amazing and capable you are”.
What makes you feel empowered as a woman?
“I look at where I've come from and where I am now. Because we are always improving but often we forget to stop for a second and thank ourselves for our progress. Be it big or small, it's there and it's our achievement. When you stop to appreciate the journey there's no way you can't feel empowered!”

How do you measure success? Be it professional or personal.
“I believe that success is different for each of us. We are all different and with different goals and expectations. For me, success is being able to live doing what I'm passionate about, next to the people I admire the most, living with peace of mind and knowing that the people I love are well”.
What makes you feel empowered as a woman?
“I feel most empowered as a woman when I'm surrounded by other women. EVERY woman has fought a fight, just by being a woman. Mother, daughter, sister, wife, worker, colleague, friend… Talking with a diversity of women and especially with women older than me, has made me admire us even more”.
Mar
What advice would you give to your younger self?
“Don't compare yourself to other women. Everyone is special in their own way and we're all unique. Keep doing all the things you're passionate about and don't worry what others think”.
What makes you feel beautiful?
“When I feel good on the inside, with a peaceful mind. This reflects on the outside and gives me that special glow”.

How would you define “confidence” in yourself as a woman?
“Accepting myself exactly as I am, good and bad. Striving for my dreams without worrying what others will think”.
How do you measure success? Be it professional or personal.
“By not comparing myself to others. Others may influence me but I don't know their private lives, or how they got to where they are; I only know myself. That's why I think it should always be a competition with yourself and no one else”.
Judith
What makes you feel beautiful?
“Having “me time” to look after myself and do things that make me feel good. Getting ready, looking in the mirror and feeling beautiful”.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
“Don't worry so much about the future, everything will come in its own time. In the end, with hard work and perseverance, all your goals will be met, even if they might not be the goals you started out with!”
